The temperature has finally dropped a bit in London. This morning’s run was much more pleasant as a result. Then at lunch Nic and I went on a lovely walk around the park, still in just t-shirts but not panting away from the heat! Storms are coming tomorrow… Hopefully they’ll be a bit impressive!
