A 5am start kicked off today as I got a taxi to Heathrow for my flight to Edinbrugh. We caught the sunrise cutting through the fog as we waited to board the plane, so there are some bonuses to flying this early! Definitely improving my leg! Managed 3.5km today, and it didn’t even hurt towards the end but thought it was best to not push it. Progress though! And back in Cardiff by
