10/07/15 – As fragile as a flower

Last night’s profits party was super fun but it didn’t come without it’s repercussions today.. It was a morning of hash browns and headaches before begrudgingly venturing to the office.

I used the walk home through Crystal Palace Park to test out my new phone’s camera and I’m pretty happy with the results. The LG G4 lets you have full control of the camera’s settings to get some really lovely shots!

Now to sleep away last night’s festivities..

09/07/15 – I’m on a boat!

Get on your dancing shoes, it’s time to celebrate the fact we still have jobs!

Today was our annual profits party, so it was all aboard for a night on The Silver Sturgeon! The night flew by and we got some lovely photos though this one was definitely my favorite from the evening..

23/10/2012 – Merhh, I’m ill

I’m pretty sure I’ve done this title before.. anyway, yes, I’m ill. Turns out I did call it yesterday and woke up today feeling rubbish, and was in bed all day being looked after by the lovely Sue! This was the only photo I took, when I remembered I needed one for my blog.

I’ve been craving fast food all day, but haven’t had an appetite  weird I know. Can you guess why I’ve been craving it? Awesome PJ’s.

21/10/2012 – It’s Baby Squirrel Season!

[Link to my Flickr for more photos!]

Someone mentioned this morning on Reddit that it was “Baby Squirrel Season”, I had nothing planned for my Sunday so I thought “why the hell not”! Chucked my bobble hat and scarf on, and got the tube to St James’ Park by Buckingham Palace. The squirrels are quite tame! I think it’s a mix between being quite young/naive and being used to being fed by the humans there. They would try to run up your legs for food! I have a few more photos of the squirrels on my Flickr so check that out for more fluffy cuteness!

20/10/2012 – Pub Crawling Fenchurch

Today was great fun! Met up with a few people from work for lunch, and then we met up with a lot more of our company out on a massive pub crawl around London (totally 12 hours of drinking, but we only joined them for 6 hours of it). It was big laugh, and I had a great time. Managed to remember to take a photo, just by Fenchurch Street, as the sun was setting.

19/10/2012 – Barely Visible London

I was stood on our balcony this morning, trying to judge whether to wear a coat or not (spoiler alert, I should have), when I noticed this skyline. It was so foggy in London that it created this lovely outline of some of London’s famous landmarks. Such as the Gherkin (middle back, very faded), St Pauls Cathedral (far right), and the newest of all, the building site of the new Walkie Talkie (20 Fenchurch Street, far left). Although I do love a crisp, clear, blue skyline, I do love a damp, foggy morning also – there leaves  a somewhat a hidden mystery.

P.S I’ve written a blog post on my ‘main’ blog! http://stephjonesblog.wordpress.com/

18/10/2012 – Candy Thursday!

Dieting is hard in this office sometimes, definitely on days where this is plonked on your desk! Not that I’m complaining too much, it was very generous of them and tasty! On a compltelly opposite note, I ran 4.4km this morning! The most I’ve ever done in one go, and I’m actually excited to go on my next run!

17/10/2012 – Dungeon and the Eye

After work Nick  and I went to the London Dungeons and the London Eye! I was very scared for the dungeons, I hate people jumping out on me, but it was amazing! We had such a good time, I definitely screamed a few times, but the rides were awesome, and the actors were very scary and funny. London Eye was great (my third time in two weeks!), though we did see a thunder storm while we were on it, which was a bit unnerving!

Didn’t bring my SLR with me, so here’s a poor mobile photo!
