I headed out in such high spirits this afternoon for a speedy 5km run, after so many long runs recently I thought it would be easy. Boy was I wrong. I went too fast on the first km and after that it was a right slog. Lesson learnt, eat more before runs. I had a nice bath after though to make up for it.
I did also get 4 hours of reading done which means I’ve finished Harry Potter! It took me seven weeks which I’m really proud of. I even had time in the evening to do some work whilst watching the first film! I’m going to be properly swotted up in time for the studio tour in April!
