I haven’t ran before a day in the office in about 4 years I think… Normally when I run before work I’m working from home but not today! I wanted to fit this run in so decided to go with it and I was greeted with this lovely blue gradient sky just before the sun rose. It was fresh but absolutely perfect for running. It’s by far my favourite time of the year to get out there!
