This happy chappy is back cycling again, for the first time since having covid! It was so wonderful to be back on two wheels. I cycled into town to have dinner with the fantastic Alyx, then cycled home on a detour to get some extra miles in. Only 9 miles in total but it was a dream to be back. Now to get back to my running goals!
