15/05/22 – Longest ever run!

I ran 14 miles today! I ran to my old house in Clapham where I lived about 8 years ago! It was a proper trip down memory lane and a real good run to boot. I’m super duper pleased as it’s the longest I’ve ever ran and it felt great. Woo hoo!
