I ran another three miles this morning, so that takes me up to 13 miles of running this week, which is my most done per week so far this year! I’m really enjoying running at the moment so I’m trying to make the most of this feeling before it wears off. My aim for this year is to run 15 miles in one go, maybe a stretch goal is 19 miles (as that’s my age in kilometres). But we’ll see how I get on, I’m slowly working up to it after doing 11 miles last weekend.
