Tonight Nic and I went to a vegetarian Chinese cooking class at School of Wok! It was my birthday present to him and we both really enjoyed it. We learnt to make four different dishes and it was great fun. I also got way better at my knife skills and lots of tips around Chinese cooking.
I feel like I often just stay within my comfort zone with a lot of things in life, food included. So I’m trying more and more to branch out and try new things. I’m hoping the new skills I learnt tonight will help with that.
