I wanted to run to Castell Coch today but had to bail a few miles in as the paths became unusable and I slipped in the mud! I still managed seven miles but it was a lot less muddy than the first part, though my pockets still filled up with water!
The rest of today was spent hunkering down at home away from the rain and chatting with my mum. A lovely day of work, despite the weather!
