I kicked today off with a solid five mile run! It really put me in great step for the day despite it being freezing at the start and a bit of a slog. Still got out there and nailed it!
After that I went for a lovely one-on-one walk in Crystal Palace Park with Nat. Once again we nattered about lots of things before this time getting caught in a freezing rain shower! You can see the far away rain in the photo, it was quite changeable today!
I’m praying Boris doesn’t end the one-on-one walks we’re currently allowed to do as they’re helping so much with my sanity right now. Fingers crossed…
