Today I ran 6 miles, then cycled to Brockwell Lido, swam 800m, got heartbroken by the chip shop being closed, and finally cycled home again… It’s been a busy day! Nic came along for the 9 miles of cycling and the swim! It’s been lush, but I’m ready for my beddy.
