Apart from cycling and running I don’t talk much about my general fitness goings on much on here, I’m trying to not talk about it all the time..

However if you know me in real life, you’ll know between burger eating and painting my nails, I’m quite keen on the gym! Wednesdays are my favourite day, preparing for my rest day tomorrow, I fit a lot in. I run or cycle to work, then do 45 mins weight lifting class or in the gym, then sprint training before showering and heading to work! Today I beat my running personal best at 2 miles in 15 minutes, apparently I’d now get into the army!

Then at lunchtime it’s a sneaky 20 minute ab workout. All in time for cycling home and having a well deserved rest the next day!
