This is a stretch Fi taught me last weekend, so I sent her this photo when I got back from my bike ride! Flattering, I know.

I’ve been keeping up with my fitness really well this year, cycling ten miles a day, running at least 3 miles 3 times a week, and doing muscle training classes/@gym, it’s a bit knackering at times, so this is why I’m relaxing a lot in the evenings recently, but I’m loving my progress! It’s definitely showing and I’m pleased.
